They urgently needed a simple and cost-effective way for new loyalty members to register after receiving their loyalty cards.We helped solve the problem through our USSD solution, using Grapevine’s CPaaS APIs, USSD channel, and CRM integration. New loyalty members can now easily register immediately after receiving their loyalty cards through a quick and user-friendly interface. With contact details being updated in CRM in real-time, the retailer can contact and market to new loyalty members, increasing engagement and driving loyalty and sales.
